Request a Commercial Service Call

To book a service call simply complete the form opposite giving as best a description of the fault as possible. You may wish to mention what the appliance is or is not actually doing. All the fields shown have to be completed otherwise the form will not send through to the office.

Please note – as a customer every effort will be made to allocate the booking of your service call around your preferred date and time but depending on other factors such as the availability of an engineer in your area and busy periods for instance you cannot accept this submitted form as a guaranteed arrangement. Contact shall be made direct with you as soon as possible by telephone to confirm the best arranged service call with you. Until such contact is made there is no guarantee of a service call.

Upon submitting the fully completed Service Call Request form you should receive an email confirming your details. Please check these details and advise further if they incorrect.

Normal Service Call operating hours are Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 6.00 pm. Should you wish to arrange a visit out of these times please draw attention to this on the form within the fault description.

As with any business for it to survive it requires too cover its running cost and so please do not expect the service on offer to be free. There is no extortionate call out fee but be prepared to pay a small minimum charge to cover costs. If you would like more information on this please ask when your enquiry is confirmed.
